Q: Do you offer bulk orders?
A: Yes, we can personalize our fine writing instruments with your corporate logo or if you prefer other types of pens, we will be happy to work with you.
Q: May we put our logo on the pen?
A: Yes, we have several methods of doing this. We currently have corporate clients at this time and will be happy to show you a sample of our abilities.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Yes, depending on quantity. Please note that everything is custom made at the time of ordering. We may require 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Shipping & Handling
Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
A: Yes, we offer USPS Free shipping via Priority Mail in the Continental US.
Q: Do you offer International Shipping?
A: Yes, please contact us before purchase. It is our desire not to make money off of shipping. We will pass on the cost of shipping only.
The Greek Pen
Q: Are you authorized to use the Greek Logos for fraternities and sororities?
A: Yes, We are licensed under Greek Licensing. Currently, we are licensed for Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority.
Q: Can you make a pen for my fraternity or sorority if you are not licensed?
A: If we are not licensed for the use of the logos for your fraternity or sorority, please contact us. We can work with Greek Licensing to obtain a license.
Q: What is the ordering time to completion for these pens?
A: We process orders as soon as possible. If the pen has been made, we ship within 1 Business Day. Because everything we do is custom handcrafted, we require 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will always strive for a better delivery date, and will keep you updated throughout the transaction. Should we need to order special parts or components, it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Warranty and Return Policy
Q: What if we receive the product and it is damaged?
A: Please notify us immediately so we can handle any issue. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer experience possible, but know that when you ship products, sometimes things beyond our control can happen. We would ask you to ship the products back and we will replace them.
Q: What if I receive my pen and I do not like it?
A: While this has never happened, we realize there is always a first. If you do not like your pen, please notify us immediately so we can handle the issue. We will replace the pen or refund your money. Life is too short to use an ugly pen!
